Excuse me, did you just see a PSN on Orchard Street in New York’s Lower East Side?  Well yes – you did!  No doubt this French bistro was not there when the area was the domain of  immigrants and garment sweatshops at the turn of the century.  Can someone send us the Yiddish translation?  Spotted by Sandy Schneider
