Capital Teas

For this metro Washington DC area chain, it must have been hard to determine whether to use “Capital” or “Capitol” as both would work.  The former could refer to Washington, DC and the play on the letter “T.”  The latter links to the graphic of the United States Capitol building.  Spotted by Andy Schneider in Annapolis, Maryland.
